Collection Requirements
Tacrolimus levels are only run as a batch on Tuesday & Friday at CH central lab. Levels drawn on any other days will still only be run on Tues or Friday. Levels should generally be ordered as a trough level taken within 30 minutes of the dose. For SOC patients set draw time to be 08:30 on either Tuesday or Friday. For all other sites set draw time to 08:30 Monday or Thursday.
